Individual therapy: 1-hour sessions. Learn energy therapy techniques in 1-2 sessions. Typical topics covered: handling anxiety/depressed feelings, exploring family of origin issues, stopping compulsive behaviors, resolving old traumas, learning to have healthy fun. Weekend appointments available.

Couples therapy: Learn to communicate more effectively with your partner. Remove the blocks to experiencing healthy sex. "Homework" assignments offered and encouraged. Weekend appointments available..

Men’s 2-hr group uses 12-Step approach plus energy therapy techniques to handle compulsive sexual urges and behavior. Intake interview required.

Women’s 2-hr group focuses on romantic addiction, codependency, and sexual problems. 12-Step approach plus energy therapy techniques. Intake interview required.
